DLM to enable the Custom Services (EIP) feature. System software set 12.60.17.000 / 13.60.17.000 / 14.60.17.000 or greater must be installed first. Ensure you read the Install Instructions before enabling. If you need to remove EIP, please request assistance via an email to USA.Office.Tmms@Xerox.com.

Note: System software set 12.60.17.000 / 13.60.17.000 / 14.60.17.00 or greater must be installed first. The necessary User Interface hardware can be obtained via MOD tag 66 / 498K15510 part number - contact your sale representative for more info. Use "System software set *.60.17.000" under the "Firmware & Machine Upgrades" section and ensure the pre-upgrade patch in this download is run prior to installing *.60.17.000.
