When installing this driver using on a network port using the add printer wizard, you must disable bi-directional printing for the network port by performing the following:
· Go to Start then Printers and Faxes
· Right Click the printer object
· Select Properties
· Select ports tab
· Ensure the check box for "Enable bidirectionsupport" is NOT
checked.
· Doing this will turn off status information from the device.
