Disable or Enable Smart e-Solutions in CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)

  1. Login to CWIS as the Administrator. See the Related Content for additional information.
  2. Click on the [Properties] tab.
  3. Click on [Services] to expand the list of options.
  4. Click on [Xerox Services].
  5. Click on [Xerox Communication Server].
  6. To disable, remove the check mark from the Enabled check box. To enable, place a check mark in the Enabled check box for [Server Communication].
  7. Scroll down and click [Apply].
  8. Close the web browser.
