1. Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel. The Machine Status screen will be displayed on the Touch Screen.
2. Select the [Tools] tab on the Touch Screen.
3. Select [System Settings], and then select [Common Service Settings].
   
   NOTE: If the System Settings option is not displayed, it is required to login as a System Administrator to complete this solution. See the Related Content for additional information.
   
   
4. Select [Machine Clock/Timers].
5. Select [Date], and then select [Change Settings]. The Date Selection screen will be displayed.
6. Select the date format. Date format options include:
• [Y / M / D] - Year / Month / Day
  
• [M / D / Y] - Month / Day / Year
• [D / M / Y] - Day / Month / Year
7. Use the [Up] and [Down] arrow buttons below the month, day, or year to select the correct date.
8. Select the [Save] button to return to the Date Selection screen.
9. If you do not need to configure or change the Time, select the [Close] button twice to return to the Home screen.
10. To set the Time, select [Time], and then select [Change Settings]. The Time screen will be displayed.
11. Select the time format. Time format options include:
• [12 hour clock]:
• [AM]
• [PM]
• [24 hour clock]
12. Use the [Up] and [Down] arrow buttons below the hour and minute to select the correct time.
13. Select the [Save] button to return to the Machine Clock / Timers screen.
14. If you do not need to make any further changes to Date or Time, select the [Close] button twice to return to the Home screen.
15. To set / modify daylight saving time, continue with the next step.
    
16. Use the [Up] and [Down] arrow buttons to select [Daylight Saving], and then select the [Change Settings] button. The Daylight Saving screen will be displayed.
17. Select the [Adjust By Day, Month & Time] or [Adjust by Month, Week, Day of Week & Time] button.
18. Select the [Start Date] button. The Daylight Savings - Start Date screen will be displayed.
19. Use the [Up] and [Down] arrow buttons to modify the Start Date.
20. Select the [Save] button.
21. Select the [End Date] button. The Daylight Savings - End Date screen will be displayed.
22. Use the [Up] and [Down] arrow buttons to modify the End Date.
23. Select the [Save] button.
24. Select the [Save] button again to return to the Machine Clock / Timers screen.
25. Select the [Close] button twice to return to the Home screen.
