The Xerox machine creates the scanned image / file and sends this to the SMTP (email) server. If the job status shows completed, and no error page prints, this confirms the Xerox has received confirmation that the SMTP server has received the email. If the recipient does not receive the email in this inbox or junk mail folder, direct the customer to the SMTP server administrator for further support.
