Setup or Modify Xerox Standard Accounting Via CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)

  1. Access CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS). See the Related Content for additional information.
  2. Select the Properties tab.
  3. Select Login/ Permissions/ Accounting.
  4. Select the Accounting Method link.
  5. Select Edit.
  6. Select Xerox Standard Accounting in theAccounting Methodsection and click on the Save button.
  7. Select Service Tracking and select each services you want to enable tracking for.
  8. Select Save.
  9. Select Edit to the right ofUsers & Limits (Add, Import, Export)under the Configuration Settings section.
  10. Select Add New User to add your accounting users.
  11. Select Apply after the required configuration for each new user is complete.
  12. Select Logout link and logout of CWIS.
  13. You may now close your Web Browser.
