- From a computer on the same network as the Xerox Device, open an Internet browser window.
- Enter the IP Address of the printer in the Address field, and then press [Enter] on the keyboard. The CentreWare Internet Services window will be displayed.
- Click on the [Properties] tab.
- If prompted, enter the user name and password in the fields provided, and then click on the [Login] or [OK] button.
Note: The default username is "admin" (case sensitive), and the default password is "1111". - Select Configuration OverView.
- Select E-mail > Settings > SMTP > Settings.
- Check the SMTP Login credentials for the machine to Access the SMTP Server to send Automated Emails.
- Choose the opposite of what is currently selected when you find this area.
- Click [Apply].
- Logout as Admin.
