Change SMTP Login Credentials for the Machine to Access the SMTP Server to Send Automated Emails

  1. From a computer on the same network as the Xerox Device, open an Internet browser window.
  2. Enter the IP Address of the printer in the Address field, and then press [Enter] on the keyboard. The CentreWare Internet Services window will be displayed.
  3. Click on the [Properties] tab.
  4. If prompted, enter the user name and password in the fields provided, and then click on the [Login] or [OK] button.

    Note: The default username is "admin" (case sensitive), and the default password is "1111".

  5. Select Configuration OverView.
  6. Select E-mail > Settings > SMTP > Settings.
  7. Check the SMTP Login credentials for the machine to Access the SMTP Server to send Automated Emails.
  8. Choose the opposite of what is currently selected when you find this area.
  9. Click [Apply].
  10. Logout as Admin.
