  • Xerox® Global Print Driver®

If the X-GPD does not display expected print settings / options, the driver may be in the Basic Printing Mode. If the driver encounters a Xerox device that is not fully supported by the new driver platform, or devices from non-Xerox manufacturers, it will automatically fall back to a Basic Printing Mode. See the Related Content for additional information on the Basic Printing Mode and to obtain a list of fully supported Xerox devices.

If using a Xerox WorkCentre or FreeFlow device, the X-GPD provides two configuration settings that allow for more features than the Basic Printing mode. To view more print settings / options for a Xerox WorkCentre or FreeFlow device that is not fully supported by the driver, set the Configuration setting in the print driver to "Xerox WorkCentre Device" or "Xerox FreeFlow Device". See the Related Content.
