Open the Rear Cover and Clear the Paper Jam

  1. Push down on the center Rear Cover release and open the Rear Cover.

    Open the Rear Cover

  2. Lift the pressure roller levers.

  3. Remove any jammed, crumpled, wrinkled, or torn paper.

  4. Lower the pressure roller levers to their original position.
  5. Close the cover.

    Close the cover.
