NOTE: The date and time will be displayed on printed lists and reports. The time will also be used to schedule Delayed Print jobs.
To set the machine date:
- Login as a System Administrator. See the Related Content for additional information.
- Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel.
- Select the [Tools] tab on the Touch Screen.
- Select [System Settings].
- Select [Common Service Settings].
- Select [Machine Clock / Timers]. The Machine Clock / Timers screen will be displayed.
- Select [Date], and then select [Change Settings]. The Date selection screen will be displayed.
- Select the date format from the following options:
- Year / Month / Day (Y / M / D)
- Month / Day / Year (M / D / Y)
- Day / Month / Year (D / M / Y)
- Use the [Up] or [Down] arrow button below the month, day, or year to select the correct date.
- Select [Save] to return to the Machine Clock / Timers screen.
- Skip to step 13 to modify the machine time; otherwise, continue with the next step.
- Select [Close], and then press the [Log In / Out] button on the Control Panel, and then select [Logout] to exit.
To set the machine time:
- Select [Time] on the Machine Clock / Timers screen, and then select [Change Settings]. The Time selection screen will be displayed.
- Select the time format from the following options:
- 12 hour clock: AM or PM
- 24 hour clock
- Use the [Up] or [Down] arrow button below the hour and minute to select the correct time.
- Select [Save] to return to the Machine Clock / Timers screen.
- Skip to step 20 to modify daylight saving time; otherwise, continue with the next step.
- Select [Close], and then press the [Log In / Out] button on the Control Panel, and then select [Logout] to exit.
To set daylight savings time:
- Select [Daylight Savings], and then select [Change Settings]. The Daylight Saving screen will be displayed.
- Select [Adjust On].
- Use the [Up] or [Down] arrow button to modify the Start Date (month and day) and End Date (month and day).
- Select [Save].
- Select [Close], and then press the [Log In / Out] button on the Control Panel, and then select [Logout] to exit.
