To ensure proper communication with Xerox Smart eSolutions on a network that uses a Firewall, communications between the device and the Xerox Smart eSolutions server must be allowed to pass through.
To configure the Firewall, contact a System Administrator to unblock the following ports from the device:
TCP Port 161
TCP Port 162
TCP Port 443
The Following web address must also be unblocked:
*support.xerox.com
NOTE: TCP Ports 161 and 162 are required when communicating via a Xerox Device Agent (XDA) or XDA Lite Clients.
