The Printer Does not Power On

  1. Check that the printer is connected to a power outlet.

  2. At the printer control panel, press the Power/Wake button.

  3. Plug another electrical appliance into the outlet and check if it operates properly.

  4. Use a power source within specifications. For details refer to Electrical Specifications.

    Warning:Plug the three-wire cord with grounding prong directly into a grounded AC outlet. Do not use a power strip. If necessary, contact a licensed electrician to install a properly grounded outlet.

  5. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
