  1. Identify where the noise is coming from and ensure any doors are properly closed or any moving parts move freely.

  2. Make sure the trays are installed correctly and closed properly.

  3. Check for any debris or obstructions in the paper path. Make sure the paper path is clear.

  4. Check supply totals to see if any consumables are showing close to expiry.

  5. Remove and Reinstall the Required Toner Cartridge.

  6. Remove and Reinstall the Required Drum Cartridge/Imaging Unit.

  7. Replace the Required Supply Item.

  8. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
