Remote Services is a suite of features that simplify device ownership and administration. Remote Services provides free services to enable the administration of reporting for metered billing and supplies replenishment plans for devices on a network.

Remote Services allows the device to send diagnostic information to Xerox for analysis and fault correction.

Before you begin, if your network uses an HTTP proxy server, configure settings on the Proxy Server page. For additional information, click on Configure, Modify or Verify the Proxy Server.
