Near Field Communication (NFC) is a technology that enables devices to communicate when they are within 10 cm (4 in.) of each other. Follow the steps below to enable NFC and pair an Android mobile device with your Xerox device. After the devices have been paired, you can print documents or photos directly from your Android device.

IMPORTANT: Before you begin, make sure that both the Xerox device and Android mobile device are connected to the same network. The pairing process will fail if both devices are not connected to the same network.

    1. From your computer or network-connected device (on the same network as the printer) open a Web browser.
    2. In the Web browser address field, enter the IP address of your printer and then press Enter. The Embedded Web Server home page will be displayed.
    3. Click on the Log In button at the top, right of the page. The User Accounts window will be displayed.
