Fault Code 15-300: Network Connection Error Message

This error occurred because of a communication or network failure during SMTP or LDAP operations.

Try the following to resolve the issue. If this fails to resolve your issue, contact Support for additional assistance.

  • Power the machine off and on.

  • Check the physical connections to your network. If connected through Ethernet, check the cable is connected to the correct network jack and is fully connected to the Ethernet port on the back of the machine.

  • Visually check the Ethernet port on the machine for network activity.

  • If the fault persists, verify the network settings for connection to the network are correct, then verify the network settings are correct in the machine settings.
