Note: Use of Xerox supplies is recommended. Genuine Xerox Toner is the only toner designed and manufactured under strict quality controls by Xerox for specific use with Xerox products. Use of other toner may affect print quality, product reliability and are not supported.

  1. Remove and Re-install Toner Cartridge.

  2. This error has occurred because an incompatible toner cartridge has been detected. Verify that the toner cartridge is the correct cartridge for use in this printer. Use only genuine Xerox toner cartridges designed for specific use with this printer.

    Note: To view part numbers for reordering supplies, print the Supplies Usage report:

    1. At the printer control panel, press the Home button.

    2. Touch Device.

    3. Touch Information Pages.

    4. Touch Supplies Usage, then touch Print.

    5. To return to the home screen, press the Home button.

  3. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
