For Microsoft Windows:
Open the file to be printed.
Select Print in your application.
Select the required printer, and then click on Printing Properties or Preferences.
Select the Graphics tab.
For Quality, select the desired resolution setting.
Select OK to confirm your selections.
Select OK to print your document.
For Apple Macintosh:
Open the document you want to print.
Select Print in your application.
From the Printer drop-down menu, select your printer.
Select the desired resolution setting from the available print options.
Click Print.
