  1. Make Sure the Paper Size and Paper Type on the Printer and in the Print Driver are Correctly Set and Match. Make Sure the Paper Loaded in the Paper Tray Matches These Settings.

  2. Make Sure a Genuine Xerox Toner Cartridge is Being Used.

  3. Clean the Laser Lenses. For additional information refer to Clean the Laser Lenses.

  4. Clean the Color Toner Density Sensor. For additional information refer to Clean the Color Toner Density Sensor.
