Login to Your XMedius Account

Note: Fax is an optional purchase. Xerox Instant Print Kiosk does not support incoming fax. When you send a fax from the printer touch screen, the printer scans the document and sends it to a fax server (XMedius). The fax server then transmits the document to the recipient fax device.

You can manage your fax service and XMedius user account.

To access your XMedius user account:

1. In a Web browser, open the user-specific URL included in the email that you received from XMedius when you created your XMedius account.

2. Type your XMedius account credentials.

3. Click Login.
