NOTE: Use the Output Destination options to specify a destination for your output. The destinations depend on the type of finisher attached to your device. The Output Destination option must be made available by your System Administrator.

NOTE: If Authentication has been enabled on your device you may have to login at the device to see or release your jobs. If Accounting has been enabled you may have to enter login details at the print driver before you can send your job.

The steps to use the Output Destination option may vary depending on the operating system used.

From Microsoft Windows:

  1. Open the Application's print window (ie: select the File menu, then Print).

  2. Select Properties or Printer Properties.

  3. Select the Printing Options tab.

  4. Select the Output Destination dropdown and select the required destination tray:

    • Automatic - Print Jobs will automatically print to a tray based on paper and job size.

    • Center Tray - Print Jobs will print to the Center output tray (under the Control Panel).

    • Right Top Tray - Print Jobs will print to the upper right side tray.

    • Right Middle Tray - Print Jobs will print to the middle right side tray (ie: Stacker tray).

    • Left Tray - Print Jobs will print to the left side top tray.

NOTE: The available trays may vary depending on the model of finisher that is installed on the device. A tray may also appear greyed out if an incompatible finishing option has been selected.
