Print Jobs are in Black and White instead of Color Using Xerox Standard Accounting (XSA)

Access the Printer as the System Administrator (Control Panel or Embedded Web Server).

Select Permissions.

Select Guest Access.

Select Edit.

Select Printing User Role.

Confirm that the radio dot is in Custom Permissions.

Select Application Permissions.

Select Setup.

Select Allow for the Application.

Select the Application(s).

Select Allow.

Under Make Color Prints, Select Allow instead of Black & White.

Select OK.

Select Close.

Select OK.
