Colors Are Off or Wrong When Printing

  1. Perform the Automatic Color Calibration Procedure.
  2. Use the Print As Image Option when Printing a PDF from Adobe Acrobat or Reader.
  3. Enable 'Let Printer Determine Colors' When Printing a PDF from Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.
  4. Make Sure the Paper Used is Within Proper Specifications for the Device.
  5. Make Sure the Paper Tray Settings are Configured to Match the Xerox Supported Media Loaded in the Tray.
  6. Load the Paper Tray with a Fresh Ream of Paper.
  7. Power the Printer Off and On.
  8. Remove and Reinstall the Print Drivers.
  9. Update the Device Firmware to the Latest Software Release.
