Insufficent Resources on Sending Mail Server Message

The error occurs when a customer tries to send a scan to email and it fails because there is not enough disk space on the destination server or printer. The IT department or Administrator needs to free up or allocate sufficient disk space on the hard drive of that mailbox server. 

There is no issue with the Xerox device. The issue is with the email server.
