Note: There may be times when the printer is not receiving the jobs printed from the computer. This is sometimes caused by print jobs that are stuck on the computer driver. The following steps are to ensure that any corrupted jobs can be cleared to resolve printing and print job related issues.

    1. Press on the Start Menu at the bottom left.

    2. Open the Printer Settings Window.

      • For Windows 7 Users, Select Devices and Printers.

    4. Right click on the job that is stuck and select Delete Job.

Note: If the job is taking a long time to delete from the job queue, restarting the Print Spooler service may help. To restart the service, Administrator rights may be required. To get access to administrator rights, contact your system administrator.

    1. Press on the Start Menu at the bottom left.

    2. Type in the search box Services.msc and open the Services Application

    4. Right click on the service and select Stop.

    5. Right click on the service again and select Start.

    6. Close the Services window.
