Check the Login Credentials (Username and Password) at the Email Server

This error occurred because of an authentication failure with the SMTP (Email) server; the printer's attempt to log in to the Email server failed.
Check the login credentials (username and password) at the Email server. At the Email server login screen, try to log in. If you are able to log in with the same username and password, verify the entry within the printer's Embedded Web Server. See the Related Content for additional information.
