  1. The password for the user account is not valid. For additional information refer to The Password for the User Account is Not a Valid Password. Verify That the Username and Password are Correct.

    NOTE: For Windows 10, the address book entry requires the alpha-numeric password. If you use a PIN code to log in, and enter this in the password field, you will receive this error. Ensure you use your true alpha-numeric password for your user account when configuring the address book entry.

  2. Configure the Primary Network Setting.
