  1. Lay a standard size paper on top of the small original. 

  2. Manually select a paper size.  The machine cannot match the size detected with a known paper size. 

  3. Follow the instructions for How To Print on Custom Paper Sizes.

  4. Power the Printer On or Off.

  5. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
