NOTE: To troubleshoot image quality problems, always test the functions available on your printer; print a document from a computer (or an internal report such as the Configuration Report), and make a copy from both the Document (Scanner) Glass and the Document Feeder. Make sure to save image quality samples to show to your service representitve (if applicable).

Make sure to select a case situation for the specific problem that is occurring:

Restart your search as necessary.

  • Copying or Scanning from the Document Feeder
