Enable or Disable the Banner Sheet

The printer can be configured to print a Banner Sheet with each print job. The banner sheet contains information about the user and job name. This option can be set in the print driver, in CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS), or at the printer Control Panel.
NOTE: Banner sheet printing must be enabled in the print driver. This type of printing must also be enabled at the Control Panel or within CWIS, otherwise the banner sheet will not be printed.
To Enable or Disable the Banner Sheet Using CWIS
Open CWIS. See the Related Content section for additional information.Click on the [Properties] tab.Click on [Services] on the left side of the page.
Click on [Printing].
Click on [Print Mode].
Under the Banner Sheet section, select [Enable] next to Sensing Separator Page.
Select one of the following options from the Banner Sheet pull-down menu.
[Start Sheet]
[End Sheet]
[Start Sheet and End Sheet]
NOTE: Select [Off] to disable the Banner Sheet.
Select the tray to use for printing the banner sheet(s).
To allow banner sheet printing to be enabled or disabled from the print driver, select [Enabled] next to Allow Print Driver to Override.
Click on the [Apply] button.
To Enable or Disable the Banner Sheet From the Control Panel
Press the [Menu] button on the Control Panel.
Use the [Up] or [Down] arrow buttons to navigate to Admin Menu, and then press the [OK] button.
Use the [Up] or [Down] arrow buttons to navigate to System Settings, and then press the [OK] button.
Use the [Up] or [Down] arrow buttons to navigate to Banner Settings, and then press the [OK] button.
Use the [Up] or [Down] arrow buttons to navigate to Banner Sheet, and then press the [OK] button.
Navigate to [Start Sheet], [End Sheet], or [Start Sheet and End Sheet], and then press the [OK] button.
NOTE: Select [Off] to disable the Banner SheetSelect [Driver Settings] to allow banner sheet printing to be enabled or disabled from the print driver, and then press the [OK] button.
