Add Login Credentials For Scan To Email

  1. From a computer, open an Internet browser window.
  2. Enter the IP Address of the printer in the Address field, and then press [Enter] on the keyboard. The CentreWare Internet Services window will be displayed.
  3. Click on the [Properties] tab.
  4. Enter the user name and password in the fields provided, and then click on the [Login] button.

    NOTE: The default username is "admin" (case sensitive), and the default password is "1111".

  5. Select [Connectivity].
  6. Select [Setup].
  7. Click Edit On the [SMTP(EMAIL)].
  8. Select the [SMTP Authentication] tab.
  9. Move the [User Jobs] and [System Jobs] Radio Button to System.
  10. Enter Login Name and Password for the Device Email Address.
  11. Select [Apply].
  12. Close out browser window.
