1. Push down on the rear cover release and pull the cover open.
   
   
2. Lift the release levers.
   
   
   
   
3. Remove any jammed paper from the back of the printer.
   
   
   
   
4. Lower the levers to their original position.
   
   
   
   
5. Close the rear cover.
   
   
   
   
6. To resolve the error displayed on the Control Panel you must clear all paper from the paper path.
