Clear the Jam at the Back of the Printer

  1. Push down on the rear cover release and pull the cover open.

    Open the Rear Cover

  2. Lift the release levers.

    Lift the release levers

  3. Remove any jammed paper from the back of the printer.

    Remove any jammed paper

  4. Lower the levers to their original position.

    Lower the release levers to their original position

  5. Close the rear cover.

    Close the Rear Cover

  6. To resolve the error displayed on the Control Panel you must clear all paper from the paper path.
