Complete the Additional Install Options Section of the Installation Wizard for the Device

When the device is in Non-Customer Mode, after reboot, an 'Additional Install Options' screen will appear. To clear the screen, use the following steps:

  1. If no additional install options require configuration, press [Next] to continue.

    Note: If additional options require configuration, continue to sections A through C for configuration steps.

  2. Press [Restart] to reboot the device.
  3. After restart, the machine is ready to be used or configured by the Customer.

Section A: IP Address Settings

  1. Select [IP Address Settings].

  2. Select [Enable] on IPv4 and/or IPv6 depending which protocol is to be used.

  3. Select [Next].
  4. Select [Use DHCP Server] if using a DHCP server to assign an address to the machine.

  5. Select [Static IP Address] to configure the machine with a Static IP.
  6. Select [Next].

     Note: If entering a Static IP address, a screen will appear asking for the IPV4 Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway and Hostname.

  7. Fill in the required fields and select [Next] to Continue.
  8. Select [Done] to complete the IP Address Settings section.

Section B: Contact Numbers

  1. Select [Contact Numbers].

     Note: A Contact Numbers screen will appear with Customer Support Number and Supplies Number field.

  2. Select the desired Number field.

  3. Using the keypad, enter in the desired contact number.

  4. Once the Contact Numbers have been entered, press [Next] to continue.

  5. Select [Done] to complete the Contact Numbers section.

Section C: Fax Setup (If Equipped)

  1. Select [Fax Setup].

  2. On the Fax Country screen, select the required Country.

  3. Select [Next].
  4. Under Fax Line 1 Settings, enter the device's Fax number and line name.

  5. Select [Send & Receive], [Send Only] or [Receive Only] depending upon how the device is to be used.
  6. Select [Next] to continue.

    Note: Repeat the steps for Line 1 on Line 2 if the device is configured with a 2 Line Fax Card.

  7. Select [Done] to complete the Fax Setup section.

Alternate Method: 

  1. Press and hold down the Home button for 3 seconds.
  2. Select the Call Close option that appears on the screen.
  3. Select Exit or Exit and Restart Machine.
