Replace Toner Message After Replacing Toner Cartridge

After replacing the toner and the message still appears.

    1. First, Reseat the new toner cartridge. ClickRemove and Re-install the Toner (Dry Ink) Cartridge. for more information.

    2. If that doesn’t work try and replace with the appropriate new toner cartridge. ClickReplace a Toner (Dry Ink) Cartridge. for more information.

    3. If message still appears, Power Off the machine by pressing Energy Saver Button.

    4. Afterwards, Open the Front door and Remove the toner.

    5. Turn Off the Main Power Switch on the right side for 30 seconds.

    6. Turn on the Main Power Switch.

    7. Press the Energy save to start the Printer.

    8. Wait until it fully loads (4-5 mins).

    9. It will Prompt you with “inserttoner cartridge message”.

    10. Before you insert, clean the toner dust from the sensor.

    11. Insert the Toner Cartridge.

    12. Close the Front Door.

    13. Test to see if it will print now.
