Add a Workflow Scanning Template Using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)
Make Sure Workflow Scanning and the SMB Protocol is Configured Correctly
Modify the Scan User Name (Login) and/or Password Using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)
Enable send NTLMV2 response only when Scanning to a Windows 2008 or 2012 Server
If Scanning to a 2003 or 2008 Cluster Server Disable Resolve Hostname
Update the Workflow Scanning Template List From the Control Panel
The Xerox Device Scan User Account Must Have Local Administrative Rights to the Share Folder
