NOTE: To troubleshoot image quality problems, always test the functions available on your printer; print a document from a computer, (or a internal report such as the Configuration Report or Page), and make a copy from both the Document (Scanner) Glass and the Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (DADF).

Restart your search as necessary.
  • Printing Only
  • Copying or Scanning from the Document Glass Only
  • Copying or Scanning from the Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (DADF)
