Note: Before solving the problem, print the Print Quality Test Pages. From the home screen, touch Settings > Troubleshooting > Print Quality Test Pages.
Check if the printer is using a genuine and supported Xerox toner cartridge.
Make sure the latest print driver is being used.
Note: If the cartridge is not supported, then install a supported one.
Note: If the printer is still printing blank or white check the nex step.Remove the imaging unit. For more information, refer to Remove and Insert the Image Unit.
WARNING Potential Damage: Do not expose the color imaging kit and black imaging unit to direct light for more than 10 minutes. Extended exposure to light may cause print quality problems.
Warning: Do not touch the photoconductor drum. Doing so may affect the quality of future print jobs.Insert the imaging unit.
Print the document.
