Enable or Disable Smart eSolutions

Smart eSolutions is a suite of features that simplifies printer ownership and administration. It provides free services to enable administration of metered billing and supplies replenishment plans for printers on a network.

Before you can use Smart eSolutions, register the printer for Smart eSolutions. See the Related Content for additional information.

NOTE: Smart eSolutions is not available in all countries. See your Xerox representative for details.

Enable Smart eSolutions Using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS):

1. Access CentreWare Internet Services and if necessary, login as administrator. See the Related Content for additional information.
2. Click on the Properties tab.
3. Click on General Setup on the left side of the screen to expand the options.
4. Click on Smart eSolutions Setup.
5. Select the Enrolled radio button under Smart eSolutions Enablement or Smart eSolutions Enrollment.
6. Click on Apply.

Disable Smart eSolutions Using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS):

1. Access CentreWare Internet Services and login as administrator. See the Related Content for additional information.
2. Click on the Properties tab.
3. Click on General Setup on the left side of the screen to expand the options.
4. Click on Smart eSolutions Setup.
5. Select the Not Enrolled radio button under Smart eSolutions Enablement or Smart eSolutions Enrollment.
6. Click on Apply.
