Print the System Configuration Report

Make sure Long Edge Feed (LEF) paper is loaded in a paper tray. If paper is not loaded, the machine will be unable to print the report.

NOTE: There are two methods to print the System Configuration Report. If one method doesn't work, try the other method.

Method 1:

1. Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel. The Machine Status screen will be displayed.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the [Print Reports] button on the Touch Screen.
3. Select the [Print System Configuration Report] button. The report will print.
4. Select the [Close] button to return to the default screen.

Method 2:

1. Access the Tools menu on the Touch Screen. See the Related Content for additional information.
2. Select the [System Settings]. The System Settings screen will be displayed.
3. Select the [Configuration Report]. The Configuration Report screen will be displayed.
4. Select the [Print Configuration Report Now] button. The report will print.
5. Select the [Save] button.
6. Select the [Exit Tools] button.
