- Login to CWIS as the Administrator. See the Related Content for additional information.
- Click on the [Properties] tab.
- Click on [Services] to expand the list of options.
- Click on [Xerox Services].
- Click on [Xerox Communication Server].
- To disable, remove the check mark from the Enabled check box. To enable, place a check mark in the Enabled check box for [Server Communication].
- Scroll down and click [Apply].
- Close the web browser.
