Configuring TCP/IP Settings at the Control Panel

Configuring the IPv4 Network Address Manually:

  1. Select [Printer] on the Touch Screen.

    Select Printer

  2. Select the [Tools] tab, and then select [Setup].

  3. Select [Network & USB].

  4. Select [Ethernet].

  5. Select [TCP/IP (v4)].

  6. Select [On:Static IP].

  7. Select [IP Address], enter the address using the keypad, and then select [OK].

  8. Select [Network Mask], enter the network mask using the keypad, and then select [OK].

  9. Select [Gateway Address], enter the address using the keypad and then select [OK].

Configuring the IPv6 Network Address Manually:

  1. Select [Printer] on the Touch Screen.

    Select Printer

  2. Select the [Tools] tab, and then select [Setup].

  3. Select [Network & USB].

  4. Select [Ethernet].

  5. Select [TCP/IP (v6)].

  6. Select [Manual].

  7. Select the [Enable Manual IPv6] check box.

  8. If necessary, select [Prefix Length], enter a new length in the field provided using the keypad, and then select the [OK] button.

  9. Enter the address using the keypad, and then select [OK].
