NOTE: This solution assumes Microsoft Internet Explorer is being used. Other Internet browsers may vary.

The printer must be configured with an IP address before CentreWare Internet Services can be accessed. If necessary, print a Configuration Report to make sure the printer has an IP address and that the HTTP protocol is enabled. See the Related Content for additional information.

  1. From a computer on the same network as the printer, open an Internet browser window.

  2. Enter the IP address of the printer in the Address field, and then press [Enter] on the keyboard. The CentreWare Internet Services home page will be displayed.

NOTE: The printer's IP address can be found on the Configuration Report. See the Related Content for information on how to print a Configuration Report.

NOTE: Users may be required to login as a System Administrator to view or modify settings within CentreWare Internet Services. If prompted, login using the System Administrator username and password. The default login name is "admin", and the default password is "1111".

IMPORTANT: Some web browsers will display the CWIS login request in a pop-up window; however, if your web browser is configured to block pop-ups then the login prompt will not be displayed. If necessary, contact your System Administrator for assistance with your web browser’s pop-up blocking feature.
